Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and needs.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, ensuring holistic treatment approaches for clients.
• Provide consultation to the clinical team, sharing insights on patient progress and treatment modifications.
• Deliver individual, family, or group psychotherapy sessions, adapting clinical interventions to meet diverse needs.

• Document treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical notes in compliance with professional standards.
• Plan for patient disposition and advocate for client needs within the framework of community resources.

Qualifications

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Exceptional writing skills, necessary for crafting clear clinical notes and summaries of evaluations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
