Job description

Bright Behavior Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are looking for a professional who combines a strong clinical foundation with a heartfelt passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is committed to fostering both personal and professional growth.

At Bright Behavior Therapy, we prioritize a work culture that encourages continuous development, mutual respect, and a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. We believe that our team’s success is built upon a foundation of kindness, patience, loyalty, honesty, and a deep passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Implement and oversee the delivery of evidence-based ABA therapy programs.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and other staff members.
  • Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and provide support in training and program development.

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
  • Strong clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team.
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
We’re proud to offer our BCBAs:
  • Competitive, experience-based compensation
  • Performance-based bonuses awarded throughout the year
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • CEU reimbursement and ongoing professional development
  • Flexible scheduling with optional work-from-home (WFH) days
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Company-provided assessment materials
  • Clinical mentorship and leadership support
  • A supportive, inclusive, and growth-minded team environment
  • SIGN ON BONUS

At Bright Behavior Therapy, we are committed to creating an environment where both our clients and staff can thrive. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.
