Qualifications:
Required:
• Approximately 10 years of active, professional experience operating inside an enterprise sales environment.
• Candidates must provide objective proof that they have consistently met or exceeded their quota targets for at least 4 of the last 6 quarters.
• Proven daily familiarity and administration skills in standard enterprise tools: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace (GSuite), and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must operate comfortably within testing sandboxes and simulate workflows across: Originator Environment: Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, GSuite; Mercor Environment: Zoho, Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, GSuite.
• Deep expertise in CRM administration, sales process management, complex pipeline tracking, data-driven reporting, and the ability to author professional, polished customer-facing artifacts (e.g., pitches, slide decks, and summaries) matching the 'taste' of a senior business leader.
