Role: Engineering Manager or Technical Delivery Manager or Agile

Location: Minnesota

Experience: 12 Years

The Engineering Manager serves as the technology leader and will be responsible for leading the successful delivery and execution of an Agile scrum team. The Engineering Manager will support a scrum team and the over-all delivery and reporting within the team. This position requires individuals who have strong technical, development background, ability to manage developers/team members and be able to work with external teams like UAT, Product and Performance testing.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience

·        10+ years of IT experience including development

·        2+ years of leading/managing people

·        5+ years of experience performing Developer role.

·        Ability to review technical designs and perform code reviews.

·        Experience working in a Digital environment (ecommerce, web products)

·        Experience working in any of the front-end JavaScript technologies (Angular JS, React JS, Node.JS) and backend technologies using Java.(Front end technology – Primary, Back end – secondary)

·        Technically hands-on to perform code reviews and design reviews.

·        Excellent English communication skills in written and spoken form

·        Solid interpersonal skills, passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership

·        Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices

·        Healthcare experience will be an added plus.

·        3+ years of experience in Python using common data science libraries such as scikit-learn or Databricks

·        3+ years of experience applying NLP (transformers, gpt,etc) in a production setting using large amounts of data

·        2-3 years of experience applying LLMs (RAG, vector db, embeddings) to solve real world problems

·        Experience applying data science techniques in a commercial enterprise, including supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP, time-series forecasting and other statistical analyses

·        Experience building APIs for the models

o   Good experience with one of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform). Having Azure cloud experience is more preferred.

Skillset

·        Hands on experience in Java, spring, webflux, mysql, angular, AEM

·        Azure Cloud Experience

·        AI/ML user or builder persona is a must.
