Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor – Day Shift (Part-Time)

Location: West Allis, WI
Schedule: Part-Time | EVE Shift (8 hours) | Every Other Weekend DAY

Resolve is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor to join our team in West Allis. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a motivated RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while supporting and guiding clinical staff during day/eve shift operations.

What You’ll Do

As the RN Nurse Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical leadership and day shift supervision to nursing staff
  • Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care delivery
  • Serve as the primary clinical decision-maker and escalation point during shift
  • Coordinate staffing assignments and support workflow efficiency
  • Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
  • Assist with admissions, assessments, documentation, and clinical support as needed
  • Promote a positive, supportive, and accountable team environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience (supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
