Hedge Fund Operations Associate

Resolute Capital Asset Partners – Denver, CO (On-site, Full-Time)

Resolute Capital Asset Partners is seeking a Hedge Fund Operations Associate to support our hedge fund operations and assist the COO across private equity accounts, compliance procedures, family office activities, and general office responsibilities. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants broad exposure to investment operations, accounting, and a lean buy-side environment.

What you’ll do

  • Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations and assist with trade support and settlements.
  • Support monthly/quarterly fund accounting, NAV review, fund performance, fees, and reporting.
  • Assist the COO with private equity account tracking (capital calls, distributions) and recordkeeping.
  • Help maintain compliance logs, calendars, documentation, and testing support.
  • Provide administrative support for family office entities and general office operations.
  • Coordinate with administrators, brokers, custodians, auditors, and other service providers.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in hedge fund operations, fund accounting, investment operations, audit, or similar.
  • Strong accounting fundamentals, Excel skills, and attention to detail.
  • High integrity, discretion with sensitive information, and willingness to own both analytical and administrative tasks in a small team.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus discretionary bonus.
  • Fully paid healthcare and denal.
