Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to engage with clients and team members from the comfort of their home office. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance treatment objectives, sharing insights and advocating for clients’ needs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills and contributions to team performance.
  • Attend to varied situations, including crisis intervention, to offer immediate support and resource access when clients experience heightened emotional distress.
  • Ensure timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports as per organizational expectations.
  • Participate in agency committees focused on quality improvement initiatives and innovative service delivery enhancements.
  • Maintain an active caseload while being available for on-call support as required, especially during after-hours or urgent situations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals you will support at Resilient Roots Center are primarily those facing the challenges of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, often compounded by socioeconomic factors. Our patient population reflects a rich diversity of backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences, requiring a socially conscious and culturally competent approach to care. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients will be crucial in empowering them as they work towards recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work with current LCSW licensure is required.
  • Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment tailored to individuals experiencing mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to relay complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage workloads effectively.
  • Ability to work respectfully with a diverse clientele, understanding the importance of varied cultural perspectives.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with clients suffering from mental health issues.
  • Prior experience in crisis intervention and emergency response techniques.
  • Familiarity with mental health treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
