Position Overview

We are actively seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated team at Resilient Recovery Counseling Center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans that are tailored to individual goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy through various modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may have accessibility concerns or prefer virtual counseling.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure consistency in care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Our counselors have the opportunity to work with various age groups, including adolescents and adults, offering custom-tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with each client’s unique experiences.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in Mental Health Counseling (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD)
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues
• Empathy, a non-judgmental attitude, and a commitment to client-centered care
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload effectively

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy or a private practice setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge and expertise in specific therapeutic techniques such as trauma-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or family systems therapy are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Resilient Recovery Counseling Center is dedicated to supporting its staff through various benefits, including:
