We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in event marketing. No prior experience is required-we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and brand activations.
• Welcome and engage attendees while providing information about client products and services.
• Support the event team to ensure events run smoothly.
• Help maintain attractive event displays and promotional materials.
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collect customer feedback and assist with lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
