ResQ BBQ in Leesburg, VA is looking for bartenders to join our team. We are a full-service sit down restaurant located at 528B E. Market St. and we will have a full bar, Liquor, Beer & Wine and a large collection of whiskey. We are looking to fill 5 to 6 shifts. Some shifts require the bartender to also cover the seating section.

Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present specialty drinks
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
