Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine / Advanced Reproductive Specialists is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our growing clinic in Jacksonville, FL. As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves both clinical and front-office duties, including phlebotomy, patient intake, maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms, and assisting with administrative tasks when needed.

• Triage patients and record vital signs, medical histories, and relevant data

• Assist with exams, procedures, specimen collection, and patient education

• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and ensure timely patient flow

• Communicate effectively with providers and patients

• Support front office duties such as scheduling and phone support when assigned

• Maintain compliance with clinical policies and procedures

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

• Current BLS Certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Prior experience in women’s healthcare or fertility a plus!
