Renwick Hospitality Group is currently seeking an Sous Chef for one of it's restaurants. You must be a career minded individual that is seeking to evolve into their next step. This role is ideal for Sous Chefs that want to learn more about the business side, while continuing to hone their culinary skills and to eventually develop the skillset to become an Executive Chef. At Renwick Hospitality Group, we value consistency and integrity. We take pride in seeing things through to the end and we do not settle for anything substandard. Our mission is to provide excellent hospitality and ultimately strive to be better than who we were the day before. 

The Sous Chef will work directly with the Executive Chef to handle daily operations for all business outlets. Some of these include but not limited to:

1. Managing employee accountability. I.E making sure their standards of quality are in place.
2. Training new employees with the same standards and accountability.
3. Managing inventory for day to day operations. I.E Making sure there is enough Mis en Place. 
4. Ordering and inventory.
5. Cost control.
6. Expediting.
