Job description

REGIONAL SALES MANAGERWe're looking for a dynamic leader to join the Rent One team as a Regional Sales Manager and oversee up to nine of our stores. The pay range we're offering is competitive with opportunities for you to maximize your earning potential though performance incentives.We provide you with a company vehicle since you will be regularly traeling to different stores.We will also furnish your laptop and phone so you can stay productive from any location. We're even flexible on determining which store will be your home office! Requirements:Minimum of two-years of multi-unit management experience;High school diploma or equivalent required;Experience hiring and developing co-workers;Excellent multitasking, decision making, organization and on occasion, negotiating skills;Experience with client retention is a plus;Must have valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that complies with organizational standards. We challenge our Regional Sales Managers to put their leadership skills to the test and seek out ways to positively impact the lives of our customers and coworkers every day. Successful Regional Managers are growth oriented from a business perspective, but more importantly, know how to grow their own talents and those of their team. A day in the life of a Regional Sales Manager varies, but regular activities include: Maximize store performance and efficiency through implementation of proper hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, and mentoring initiatives;Ensuring employee engagement and motivation;Optimize reporting and performance metrics to maximize regional profitability;Verify and report organizational compliance with corporate policies and procedures;Validate store reported audit results. At Rent One, EVERYONE is important- our clients, our communities and our co-workers.
