Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform dental prophylaxis and review patient health histories with a focus on comprehensive health.
Patient Advocacy: Act as a guide for patients, helping them navigate fears, anxiety, and discomfort through a "warm welcome" and consistent support.
Advanced Education: Teach appropriate oral hygiene techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
Value-Driven Documentation: Maintain high standards for imaging, notation, and clinical documentation to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Collaborative Care: Support specialized fields including Invisalign, prosthodontics, Botox, and sleep dentistry.

Salary Range

Part-time $70,920 - $90,620 per year

Shift & Schedule

Location: Renken Dentistry of Oak Hill (Austin, TX).
Status: Both Full-Time (35–40 hours/week) and Part-Time opportunities available.
Office Hours: * Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Basic life support

Licensure: Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certification: Active BLS Certification.
Mindset: A growth-oriented attitude and a desire to "Learn, Laugh, and Grow" within a high-functioning team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with patients in long-term care relationships.
