Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients as individuals and within their familial context.
• Providing therapy for couples, families, and individuals, focusing on effective treatment strategies for a range of issues.
• Utilizing various therapeutic approaches to assist clients in addressing challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitating support for blended families, navigating separation and divorce, and managing job-related stress and medical issues.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential electronic health records and documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population comprises diverse individuals and families from various backgrounds, with a focus on adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to address complex emotional and behavioral challenges through both individual and family-based therapy sessions. Your work will be pivotal in helping clients achieve healthier relationships and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for facilitating positive change in clients’ lives.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
