Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.

  • Educate patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and essential lifestyle adjustments that will aid in their healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Your role will be integral in adapting therapy techniques to meet the physical and emotional needs of diverse individuals, ranging from athletes to elderly patients needing rehabilitation post-surgery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active state license to practice physical therapy in California.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant physical therapy experience.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • A strong commitment to providing compassionate care and actively engaging with patients to support their recovery.
Preferred Experience
  • Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
  • Experience in home care settings is an advantage.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
