If you have a knack for organization, a love for logistics, and at least one year of experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Online Store & VinoShipper Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining our online store, ensuring products are accurately listed and inventory is up to date.
- Overseeing VinoShipper orders, including processing, shipping, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Packing and shipping orders with care, ensuring our wines arrive safely to their destination.
- Handling customer inquiries related to online orders with promptness and professionalism.
- Collaborating with our team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, shipping, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs (you’ll be handling cases of wine!).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
