Cold Caller & Email Outreach – B2B (BDR) Commission: $15 USD per qualified appointment About the Role Remoto Workforce is looking for a proactive and driven Cold Caller & Email Outreach BDR to generate new business opportunities for our sales team. This role is focused on high-volume cold calling and cold emailing, where you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying leads and booking demos. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily (80+ calls) Send structured cold email campaigns daily Prospect via LinkedIn and other outbound channels Identify, research, and qualify potential clients Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) Meet daily and weekly activity targets Qualifications Advanced / strong English communication skills (mandatory) Experience in cold calling and cold emailing Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity Experience in B2B sales (preferred) Strong prospecting and lead generation skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Someone who is not afraid of cold outreach (calls + email) High resilience and persistence Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) Organized and tech-savvy Motivated by performance and commissions Fully remote work environment Opportunity for growth High-impact role in a growing team #J-18808-Ljbffr
