Job description

Job Title: Client Delivery Analyst I – Temp (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $35–$37/hr (W2)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Delivery Analyst I to support the successful implementation of complex debit and credit card projects for financial institution clients. This role will partner with clients, vendors, project teams, and technical groups to gather requirements, support implementations, perform system testing, and ensure successful delivery of payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payment processing, client implementations, project coordination, or financial technology support, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical requirements for debit/credit card implementations.
  • Support implementation projects from planning through delivery.
  • Perform gap analysis, system configuration reviews, and data mapping activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to complete project tasks.
  • Validate system parameters, conduct testing, and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support during design, development, implementation, and post-production phases.
  • Track project issues, risks, and deliverables while supporting project managers.
  • Follow change management processes and maintain implementation documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support during project installations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1+ year of experience in payment processing, banking, debit/credit card services, or financial technology.
  • Understanding of payment card products, support processes, and implementation activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
