Remedy Your Resume is assisting a top-tier boutique law firm in Miami (33135) in their search for a skilled Business Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience. The firm specializes in business and commercial litigation, corporate transactional law, trusts and estates, and family law, serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate business and commercial disputes from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and build strategic arguments.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and handle mediations.
• Collaborate across practice groups for comprehensive solutions.
• Advise clients with tailored legal strategies and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of The Florida Bar.
• At least 5 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with the team.
• Trial experience is a plus.
