DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver one-on-one and group-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs as developed by clinical supervisors.
- Accurately collect and record data on target behaviors and treatment goals.
- Complete daily session documentation and maintain client records in accordance with organizational standards.
- Promptly report and document any incidents, injuries, or safety concerns involving clients.
- Ensure timely submission of all documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in supervisory meetings to review data and receive performance feedback.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with supervisors and colleagues to support coordinated care.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure alignment of services.
- Attend and engage in required training to maintain certification and enhance clinical competency.
- Support RelyOn Autism Therapy Inc.s community outreach and advocacy initiatives.
- Uphold client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
- Consistently align with the companys mission, vision, and core values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Current and valid CPR certification.
