DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver one-on-one and group-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs as developed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on target behaviors and treatment goals.
• Complete daily session documentation and maintain client records in accordance with organizational standards.
• Promptly report and document any incidents, injuries, or safety concerns involving clients.
• Ensure timely submission of all documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in supervisory meetings to review data and receive performance feedback.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with supervisors and colleagues to support coordinated care.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure alignment of services.
• Attend and engage in required training to maintain certification and enhance clinical competency.
• Support RelyOn Autism Therapy Inc.s community outreach and advocacy initiatives.
• Uphold client confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Consistently align with the companys mission, vision, and core values.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Current and valid CPR certification.
