Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent knife skills
• Butchering and fabrication of meats
• Breaking down and preparing seafood
• Strong portion control and consistency
• Knowledge of proper food safety and temperature control
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a small, professional team
• Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards
