Relieve Counseling, LLC is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Lean on technology by maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA standards, allowing for seamless communication with the treatment team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower their understanding and involvement.
• Stay current with emerging research and advancements in the mental health landscape to ensure the application of best practices in therapy.
• Manage a full caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and interventions that adhere to ethical guidelines set by licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population served at Relieve Counseling, LLC includes individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Our therapists are trained to provide culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds of our clients, ensuring personalized support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to address client challenges creatively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with diverse populations experiencing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Clinical experience employing CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
