Role Description The Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coon Rapids, MN. This position is responsible for coordinating daily program operations, including scheduling services, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring program activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. The Program Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients, families, and internal teams to address service needs, resolve issues, and support a positive experience. This role also assists with implementing new program initiatives, preparing reports, and supporting projects that improve service delivery and program effectiveness. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure that program goals and timelines are met.


Qualifications


  • Ability to oversee program activities with strong Program Management and Program Development skills.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a respectful, client-centered approach.
  • Project Management skills to support planning, tracking, and implementation of program initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Experience in healthcare, social services, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as human services, healthcare administration, or business)
