Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop targeted treatment plans that are both effective and personalized.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Psychologist (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and instill trust in clients.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward the diverse experiences of clients.
• Possess solid organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred, with a familiarity of managing cases that involve complex mental health conditions.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling techniques will be beneficial.
• A history of using various therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, DBT, supportive therapy) tailored to clients' needs will be an asset.
