Position Overview

Reliant Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a full-time remote position. As an integral member of our clinical team, you will engage with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, providing essential therapeutic services that empower them to achieve emotional wellness and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment and crisis plans.
• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress per regulatory requirements, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Implement evidence-based screening and assessment tools to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, creating and executing positive behavior support plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Serve as a liaison to various agencies and community partners, facilitating access to broader support services for our clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including state agencies, to meet contract objectives and enhance community outreach.
• Participate in networking opportunities to establish new partnerships, enhancing service delivery and resource acquisition for our programs.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant task forces.
• Embark on additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served by Reliant Health Center includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health issues, substance abuse disorders, and developmental challenges. You will work closely with clients in both crisis and non-crisis scenarios, providing support and fostering resilience in their paths toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active Independent LMHC license from the state board is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• A proven track record of effective communication and teamwork within interdisciplinary settings.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills grounded in professional expertise.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in mental health settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment planning techniques.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
