Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensure high‑quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires availability every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing personnel.
  • Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain adequate coverage, including every other weekend shifts.
  • Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient‑centered care.
Work Schedule
