Role Overview

We're looking for an organized, motivated Affiliate Coordinator to join our growing TikTok Shop affiliate team. You'll work alongside fellow affiliate coordinators to execute campaigns, activate creators, manage product seeding, and keep performance data clean and up to date. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who understands the TikTok creator landscape, loves working in a team environment, and wants to grow within the affiliate and influencer marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Campaign Management
• Identify and engage potential affiliates for product campaigns
• Assist in onboarding flat fee and commission-based creators by managing agreements, training materials, and product seeding
• Send campaign briefs and coordinate outreach for new product launches and promotional pushes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaign activity: tracking overall budgets, content posted, GMV, sample fulfillment, and overall participation
• Assist in securing content usage rights

• Administrative & Program Support
• Coordinate sample approvals and shipments
• Maintain accurate affiliate lists, tracking sheets, and CRM data in google suite and Monday.com
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to highlight wins and areas for improvement

• Team Collaboration
• Comfortable on-camera and willing to film content, edit, and participate in TikTok Lives as needed
• Assist in affiliate communications and ensure creators always have the most up to date product information
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure campaign coverage is comprehensive and no detail falls through the cracks
• Assist in preparing reports for leadership review

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year in marketing, influencer, or affiliate roles (internship experience welcome)
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and the TikTok creator ecosystem — you understand how the platform works and what motivates creators
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

The Legal bits

The salary range for this role is $28.00 - $31.00 annually, plus eligible for an annual target bonus prorated from the start date. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
