Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and facilitate referrals.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy License or PTLA status.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent qualifications.
