Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create a cohesive treatment approach for clients.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Facilitate support groups or workshops that provide education on mental health topics to empower clients and foster a sense of community.
  • Actively participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses primarily on supporting diverse populations experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, and stress management. Your role will directly influence client outcomes, enabling individuals and families to achieve therapeutic goals and improve their emotional resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with a current and valid LPCC license in California.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
  • Deep understanding of ethical and legal issues affecting the counseling profession, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with varied clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques to provide effective virtual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide:
