Job description

Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is a leader in activewear and athleisure apparel, selling across DTC, wholesale, and major retail partners.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to establish and oversee core human resources functions across our ~100-person company. This role will work closely with department leaders and with our existing Accounting/HR staff to build strong processes for compliance, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and compliance systems.

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.

  • Partner with managers across logistics, design, production, ecommerce, and sales to support workforce planning and employee relations.

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and assist with manager training.

  • Oversee benefits administration and payroll interface in collaboration with Accounting.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist/manager level) in a 50โ€“200 person organization.

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor/employment laws.

  • Demonstrated ability to build HR processes from scratch.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working as a sole HR practitioner, wearing multiple hats.

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
