Position Summary

As a Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs. You will sell wireless phones, tablets, smart watches, home internet services, accessories, and related products to both new and existing customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by earning commission, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on wireless products, plans, and services.
• Sell smartphones, tablets, smart watches, home internet, accessories, and protection plans.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Process activations, upgrades, account changes, and payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
