• Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
• Comfortable using computer systems for client management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortabliliy making outbound calls
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
