Redlands Community Hospital Hospice Outpatient

Hourly pay range: $27.71 min. - $40.18

Reporting to the Administrator/Director of Hospice, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining a spiritual care program for the terminal patient and family/caregiver.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

1. Degree in Pastoral Education, Divinity or Theology, or ordination, license, or specific chaplaincy training with faith community sanctions.
2. Two units of clinical pastoral education preferred.
3. Two years of pastoral experience as clergy or chaplain.
4. Previous home care experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

1. Current CPR certification required.
2. Valid CA driver's license and an automobile, with current registration and insurance, for field work required.
3. Certification in a national chaplain's organization preferred.
4. MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
