Redtree Landscape Systems is a commercial landscape company servicing Holiday and the surrounding Tampa Bay area, focused on high-quality installations and timely project delivery.

What you'll do

* Lead and manage a commercial landscape installation crew

* Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications

* Operate equipment including skid steer and wheel loader

* Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and material handling

* Communicate with project managers and subcontractors

Required qualifications

* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial landscape installation and crew supervision

* Proficient reading and interpreting landscape plans

* Experience operating skid steer and wheel loader

* Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills

* Valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred
