Right Form Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our exceptional team in Red Bank, New Jersey. Work Environment

Located in the heart of Red Bank, our rehabilitation center is a vibrant place to work, equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technology. The onsite nature of our role fosters close collaboration among our multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. You will enjoy a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, with a standard schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Right Form Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical functionality and develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs and recovery goals.

• Stay updated with state practice acts and adhere to regulations that govern physical therapy practice, ensuring compliance in all aspects.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adjusting interventions based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress and response to therapies.

• Document patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes with precision, ensuring clarity for ongoing care and compliance with healthcare policies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations when necessary and recognize indicators that suggest modifications to the treatment plan or additional medical consultation is needed.

• Lead discharge planning effectively, ensuring patients have a follow-up care plan that promotes continued recovery once they leave our facility.

• Participate in required trainings and meetings, staying consistent with corporate and clinical service standards, while providing the highest quality of care possible.

• Assess and treat patients with medically necessary physical therapy, always documenting the clinical justification for therapy services.

• Collaborate with team members to tackle barriers affecting patient access to care and engage in initiatives aimed at improving service delivery metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve at Right Form Rehabilitation & Wellness Center represent a diverse range of needs and backgrounds, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or needing rehabilitation post-injury. Our focus is on empowering patients to regain independence and improve their physical capabilities through targeted therapy interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.

• Current and valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey is mandatory.

• A current CPR certification is essential for maintaining a safe clinical environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on developing rapport with patients and their families are crucial for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in physical therapy, with particular emphasis on patient engagement and therapy implementation, is preferred.

• Experience in personal training or familiarity with digital applications/solutions in healthcare will be advantageous.
