Medical Assistant – Part-Time

Red Rose Beauty Center is seeking a professional, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical aesthetics/MedSpa environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient intake, room preparation, and clinical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment.
• Take and document patient vital signs and medical history as appropriate.
• Assist with aesthetic and medical treatments under provider direction.
• Provide excellent patient care and a welcoming experience from check-in through treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow HIPAA and office policies.
• Prepare and maintain medical and treatment supplies.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking clinical supplies.
• Support front-office and administrative duties when needed.
• Follow all applicable safety, infection-control, and clinical protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
• Experience in a dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or MedSpa setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills.
• Must be willing to learn and follow Red Rose Beauty Center's clinical protocols.

Schedule

Part-Time
Flexible scheduling based on business needs and candidate availability. Some evenings or weekends may be required.
