What Youโll Do
Lead Unforgettable Guest Experiences
- Be the primary onsite point of contact and set the tone for a warm, welcoming, high-energy event.
- Run the full event flow (BEO/Run of Show) including logistics, catering coordination, timing, and transitions.
- Anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and keep guests smiling from arrival to post-event goodbyes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally by text, phone, and email.
Coach & Support the Team
- Lead with positivity, humility, and servant leadershipโyour role is to help the team succeed.
- Train and develop team members in hosting, event execution, and hospitality.
- Encourage growth, celebrate wins, and foster a culture where teamwork beats individual stardom.
- Ensure the team consistently delivers a 6-star Game Show Studios experience.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Oversee event setup, flow, and breakdown to maintain a polished, immersive environment.
- Maintain an organized, inviting space that matches the high-energy feel of the show.
- Troubleshoot technical or operational hiccups with confidence and calm.
- Identify and suggest process improvements that make events smoother and more efficient.
Communicate Clearly & Take Ownership
- Keep the team up to date on promotions, processes, expectations, and daily info.
- Provide post-event recaps and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement.
- Accurately track event details, inventory, and financial information.
- Demonstrate integrity, ownership, and reliability in all reporting and procedures.
