ROLE SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

 The purpose of this role is to contribute to the smooth operations of the recruiting function including but not limited to sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent to meet the needs of the organization. Recommending recruitment strategies and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

Lead recruitment activities for Tampa based non-manager roles to include meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs, advising hiring managers of the recruitment process, confirming interviewers and holding candidate calibration with all interviewers

  • Lead recruitment activities for Tampa based non-manager roles to include meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs, advising hiring managers of the recruitment process, confirming interviewers and holding candidate calibration with all interviewers
  • Responsible for assigned field-based role recruiting (W2 & 1099) in partnership with the Resource Management Analyst, HR Specialist and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws related to recruitment and hiring activities; research and stay abreast of changes in employment law, recommend policy and procedure changes as necessary
  • Assist managers in the creation of job descriptions for new roles
  • Ensure consistency in job ads and compliance with E-Verify applicant notification requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruiting process guides
  • Arrange travel as requested for assigned technicians, including airfare, rental car and hotel, as needed
  • Liaise with Resource Management Analyst and other departments for contractor onboarding and updating of contracts
  • Liaise with Enterprise contact and other stakeholders when rental issues arise to ensure resolution
  • Assist Resource Management Analyst with client and state background clearance processes
  • Manager contractor offboarding and checklist process
  • Process contract verifications for 1099’s
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related, preferred
    • PHR or SHRM-CP certification, preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to the positive team culture and establish rapport with all internal stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with the MS Office package and similar applications.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

     PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

    WORK ENVIRONMENT 
     
    This role is office based, 5 days/week. Work will be performed at a desk/cubicle using desktop hardware.
