Job description

What You'll Do Assess and optimize Workday Recruiting processes and workflows. Increase recruiter efficiency by reducing manual, administrative work. Streamline requisition approvals, candidate movement, and recruiting operations. Improve interview scheduling processes and overall hiring team experience. Build impactful dashboards and reporting around key metrics such as time-to-fill, recruiter capacity, and offer acceptance rates. Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve recruiting outcomes. Partner with TA, HRIS, HR Operations, and business leaders to implement best practices. Develop a roadmap for long-term recruiting process excellence and Workday optimization. What We're Looking For Strong Workday Recruiting Module expertise. Experience optimizing large‐scale recruiting operations. Deep understanding of recruiting workflows, reporting, and business processes. Proven ability to drive process improvement, automation, and user adoption. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. Experience supporting global or fast‐growing organizations is a plus. Success in This Role Faster and more efficient recruiting processes. Increased recruiter capacity. Better reporting and operational visibility. Improved hiring manager and candidate experiences. A scalable, best‐in‐class Workday Recruiting environment. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of Workday Recruiting Module experience. Proven success optimizing recruiting processes, workflows, and business processes. Strong expertise in Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Experience driving automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills. Ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions. Preferred: Workday Recruiting Certification. Experience supporting global recruiting organizations. Experience with GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting technologies. Familiarity with AI, automation, and Talent Acquisition best practices. Technology or semiconductor industry experience. Ideal Candidate Results‐driven problem solver. Passionate about improving recruiter productivity and hiring manager experience. Collaborative consultant who can quickly assess challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Job Type: Contract Employee (Fixed Term) Locations: Sacramento, California (Remote).
