What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of complex systems, ensuring seamless integration across infrastructure, backend, and product layers.
• Drive major technical initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes, enhancing product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale new product features from concept to deployment.
• Maintain a hands-on role with a focus on coding and system design, contributing to at least 60-70% of development efforts.
• Influence architectural decisions and technical direction, advocating for best practices in system design and execution.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 9–12 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong command of TypeScript, Python, and/or Go, alongside expertise in React or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven track record of owning complex systems end-to-end and delivering impactful platform solutions in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading significant technical projects that span multiple layers of technology, articulating the business value of engineering decisions.
• Strong mentorship skills, with a history of guiding engineers and influencing technical roadmaps.

Preferred

• Background in building B2B or platform-heavy product systems, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Experience with infrastructure and platform challenges, demonstrating a keen interest in system design and scalability.

Compensation and Benefits
