Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Comer, GA, 30629. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
