Recovery Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our esteemed clinical team. Our outpatient office in Springfield is equipped with the latest digital technology, enabling seamless telemedicine consultations alongside in-person interactions as required. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with couples and families to address an array of psychological and relational challenges. You will:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' needs through interviews and questionnaires.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focusing on conflict resolution, communication skills, and emotional healing.
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing specific issues such as grief, job stress, and family dynamics.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for each family member to enhance understanding and healing.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that support client growth and recovery.
• Document session details and progress notes to maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including couples navigating relationship challenges and families facing systemic issues. You will provide care on matters such as:

• Alcohol abuse
• Psychological and physical abuse
• Grief and loss
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalries
• Separation and divorce adjustments
• Challenges within blended families and remarriage
• Communication difficulties and job-related stress

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Hold an active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience

While recently licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, we also welcome experienced professionals. Ideal applicants will have:

• Experience in providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual consultations.
• A track record of successfully addressing various family and individual therapy issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The Recovery Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
