  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that resonate with clients' experiences and goals.
  • Facilitate group therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy sessions, promoting open communication and a safe space for shared experiences.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case notes to comply with both ethical standards and organizational policies.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals from varied backgrounds and with different mental health challenges. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approaches to best fit the needs of each client, ensuring culturally competent care that acknowledges their unique histories and circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, which qualifies you for the LPC designation.
  • Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to effectively support clients in a therapeutic setting.
  • Proven ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and show stability in professional relationships.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth services or virtual counseling platforms is a plus, as this role is entirely remote.
  • Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adapt your approach based on client feedback is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually. In addition to competitive salary, we offer flexible scheduling that promotes work-life balance, as well as benefits tailored to supporting your health and welfare as a professional. These include:
