This is an opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant with Ortho experience who wants more than routine tasks - someone who wants to grow, expand their clinical skillset, and be part of the future of integrative healthcare.


Primary Role: Chairside assisting for functional airway dentistry


An expert at organization, proactive preparation, and anticipating the needs of the team


  • Assisting providers with: Oral appliance therapy, Pediatric orthodontic appliances (fixed/removable), Clear Aligner Therapy, Quiet Night Laser

  • Delivering an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication

  • Supporting smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamwork


Secondary Role: Provider Support & Patient Experience


In this role, you will serve as a key clinical partner, gathering various diagnostic records and data-gathering procedures that directly influence patient outcomes:


  • Patient intake, identification, consent, and education on the ‘why’ behind the assessment

  • Accurate acquisition and documentation of vital signs and clinical data, including: Height, weight, neck circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation (SpO₂)

  • High-quality extraoral and intraoral diagnostic photography

  • Intraoral 3D digital arch scanning, including full arches, gingival margins, and bite registrations

  • CBCT scan acquisition for complete head and neck evaluation in compliance with standing orders and ALARA principles

  • Rhinomanometry measurements to assess for nasal function

  • Precise clinical documentation and digital file management

  • Equipment setup, calibration, and infection control compliance

  • Assisting providers with: Oral appliance therapy, Clear Aligner Therapy, Quiet Night Laser

  • Delivering an elevated patient experience through education, empathy, and clear communication

  • Supporting smooth clinical flow and collaborative teamwork

Required Skills & Experience


  • Experienced (1-2 Year) Certified/Registered Dental or Medical Assistant (per state requirements)

  • Experience in orthodontic assisting

  • Comfortable with advanced technology and evolving clinical protocols

  • Growth-minded, coachable, and excited to expand skills

  • Aligned with a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence


Preferred:


  • Experience with Mandibular Advancement Devices is a plus
