About the Role

Reagan Companies is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Agency Support Assistant to join our administrative team. This role is essential to keeping our agency running efficiently by supporting multiple departments with document processing, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operational support.

No insurance experience is required-we're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming insurance policies, endorsements, and agency documents within our management system. 
• Serve as the primary backup for front desk reception. 
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail processing and document distribution. 
• Manage the Commercial Lines binder process. 
• Prepare client welcome packets. 
• Order Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs) for Commercial Lines. 
• Process incoming Loss Control Recommendation documentation. 
• Enter loss runs into Loss Scan software. 
• Support special projects and administrative initiatives across multiple departments. 
• Provide additional administrative support as assigned.

• Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Dependable with excellent follow-through.

Location

This position is full-time and based in our Marcellus, NY office. This role is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.
