Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our welcoming outpatient office, a space designed to create a positive and motivational environment for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to determine patients’ physical capabilities and establish treatment goals tailored to their needs.
• Design and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans using a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education strategies.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and cutting-edge modalities to promote recovery and manage pain effectively.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with clinic protocols and utilize WebPT or similar EMR systems for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and progress updates, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's treatment.
• Engage patients and their families in the treatment process, providing education and resources to encourage proactive participation in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including postoperative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient demographic, offering tailored care plans that address both acute and chronic issues, thereby significantly impacting their functional capacities and lifestyle satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or advanced degrees such as a Master’s or Doctoral degree in the field.
• An active Physical Therapy license to practice in Washington State is required.
• Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly in manual therapy and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, particularly in orthopedic settings.
• Proficient experience with EMR systems, preferably WebPT, to ensure streamlined documentation and communication.
• Experience in patient education and community outreach to foster better health literacy among clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
