•        Coordinate with scheduling and operations staff to confirm job readiness, materials, and timelines.
•        Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project.

•        Ability to read measurements and specifications accurately and work with a variety of window/door materials.
•        Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and direct a crew.
•        Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•        Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
•        Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders and at elevated heights as needed.
•        Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
•        High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certifications a plus.

Physical Requirements

•        Ability to safely operate power tools and climb ladders.
•        Ability to lift and carry window and door units, sometimes with a team lift.

Compensation & Benefits

•        Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience (typically $24–$34/hour for lead installers).

•        Company vehicle and/or vehicle allowance for job site travel.
•        Tools and ongoing training provided.
