As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in building life skills, communicating, engaging socially, and learning strategies to manage their behavior. Guided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll use evidence-based practices to create positive change - one interaction at a time!What Makes This Role Exciting:Every day is different!
