Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician who is bilingual in Spanish to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This position involves supporting our pharmacists in delivering quality pharmaceutical services while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

    • ssist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • M
    • aintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
  • P
    • rovide excellent customer service, including answering patient queries and resolving concerns in both English and Spanish.

    • onduct medication reconciliation and update patient profiles.
  • O
    • perate pharmacy equipment such as cash registers and point-of-sale systems.

    • upport the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

    • ollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    • ranslate healthcare information and prescriptions between English and Spanish where necessary.

    • ssist in pharmacy audits and quality assurance processes.

    Qualifications:

  • C
    • ertified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is required.
  • F
    • luent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • P
    • revious experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required.

    • amiliarity with pharmacy technology systems and software.
